We recommend purchasing an annual subscription ticket with table reservation online before the trip for capacity reasons, so that your trip and a seat are guaranteed in case of high guest volume.

The validity start date of the annual subscription can be chosen for a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase.

The subscription is valid for 12 months from the validity start date on all regular round trips (city and port cruise, evening cruise & lock cruise) . Event trips (brunch, party trips, etc.) on non-regular round trips are excluded unless otherwise stated.

You will receive your annual subscription by mail. Until then, you can use the Print@Home ticket for a maximum of 30 days from the date of issue.

Shipping of the annual subscription only within Switzerland. No shipping abroad.

You must present the personal annual pass when getting off along with an ID.

The transferable annual pass must also be presented when getting off, but no ID is required for that.

Of course, you can enter the name of the person being gifted during the online purchase process.
